08 December 2009 We have applied a name of Pvt. Ltd. Company with two promoter directors. But after the name approval one of the director is not ready to become the director of the company.

What can we do to incorporate the company with the name approval of company with these two directors.

Can we take no objection from that director and subscribe a new director to MOA and AOA and file his no objection with Form-1.

Please solve our problem.

10 December 2009 Yes it can be done with an affidavit from the earlier promoter. Suggest to talk to ROC office concerned so that there are no hiccups later
