24 April 2013 Dear sir,
I have sent form no-2 last month including firm names as mentioned therein as priority wise, is there any requirement to send form no 117, if yes then at which office whether to decentralized office or to Delhi
please clarify the query at earliest

24 April 2013 in few days icai will send you a letter asking you to send form 117, also it will be written that where to send it.
have patience.
i have just deposited form 117 tomorrow, after i receive the letter. mine case was same as yours.
