12 January 2011 Dear Members,

(1) One partner is Resident in india & two are NRI's and two are others ( indians who have become citizens of UK) wants to enter into partnership and do business in india. So in the partnership deed should i enter the address of foreign country where they are residing now or mention their indian address

Their permanent address and the address for communication can the Indian address???
