Dear Sir,
For Last year 2013-14 one of the Bill of exchange is miss out is any other option to submission form bank.

It happened to us as well in past. When we checked, a transaction was settled via NEFT by bank itself because of a Remittance related error. In that case, FIRC can't be issued by bank.
