Sir,
From where we can obtain FIRC(Foreign Inward remittance certificate) if we received an inward remittance through Paypal (paypal directly credited INR via NEFT transfer)

Check with your bank, they will provide the same.

The bank says that the amount which we have realised from our Nostro for that amount only they can issue the FIRC, the amount which have been realised by some other Agency/Bank they cannot issue FIRC.
