Firc for a paypal receipt

20 October 2011 Sir,
From where we can obtain FIRC(Foreign Inward remittance certificate) if we received an inward remittance through Paypal (paypal directly credited INR via NEFT transfer)

24 October 2011 The bank says that the amount which we have realised from our Nostro for that amount only they can issue the FIRC, the amount which have been realised by some other Agency/Bank they cannot issue FIRC.
