29 May 2010 Is there any format for FIRC ?

the Bank is Delaying in issuing FIRC, ehat should i do ?, can we file FC - GPR docts without FIRC ?

29 May 2010 You insist the Banker to issue immeadiately and give a letter stating that you have to file fc-gpr.

Without firc you cannot file fcgpr.

30 May 2010 Few banks specially ICICI makes lot of problems in giving FIRC. In that case if bank can give you a letter stating that these amount routed through their FCRA account then that would also do.
this actually ensures that money has routed through proper channel
