Is there any format for FIRC ?
the Bank is Delaying in issuing FIRC, ehat should i do ?, can we file FC - GPR docts without FIRC ?

You insist the Banker to issue immeadiately and give a letter stating that you have to file fc-gpr.
Without firc you cannot file fcgpr.

Few banks specially ICICI makes lot of problems in giving FIRC. In that case if bank can give you a letter stating that these amount routed through their FCRA account then that would also do.
