BUT IN OUR INTERNATIONAL UNIT WE HAVE 2000 KG STOCK WE ALREADY SHOWN IN ER 3 IN FOR THE QTR JULY 13 TO SEPT 13 BUT THIS 2000 KG STOCK WE HAVE TO USE IN VALUE BEVERAGE WHICH IS EXCISABLE UNIT FOR LOCAL SALE

WHAT WILL BE PROCEDURE FOR OUT STOCK FORM INTERNATIONAL TO VALUE BEVERAGE COMPANY

That is not any mistake , 2000 KGS IS ALREADY MFG FOR INTERNATIONAL IN JUL 13 TO SEPT QTR
BUT IN THIS OCTOBER MONTH THAT STOCK ORDER IS CANCEL AND THATS WHY WE ARE USING THIS STOCK FOR VALUE BEVERAGE COMPANY FOR LOCAL SO WHAT WILL BE PROCEDURE

17 October 2013 Excisable goods cleared for export without payment of duty but not exported for genuine reason can be returned to same factory and intimate to the excise department. After removal of goods if DTA sale then duty will be payable at the time of removal of goods.
