Is Financial statement as per companies act 2013 is applicable for ipcc may 15 exams??

yes which is called as Schedule III and its applicable for may 15 which shall be also printed in rtp for may 15 ipcc accounts to be hosted by icai.

I mean to say (in accounts paper, Is we have to prepare final account of companies according schedule III.

Yes from nov 2014 exam it has been made applicable for all ca exams, so schedule III is applicable to may15 exam.

yes after amendment in law you have to face the question as per new law.
