Can Dimunition in value of investments be shown as a extra ordinary item in P/L for a company engaging in the manufacturing business?

Hi,
If the company is working under accounting standards, then it should be shown as extra-ordinary item.
If the company is working under Ind-AS regime, then it does not require to be disclosed separately as extra-ordinary item.
