please explain why is No.2 written in "Finance (No.2)Act,2009" ?
Girish Ahuja Sir told that in year of elections this thing comes as two finance acts are passed.But then what is the usage of the first finance act ? Also please explain if there are difference in dates of announcing budget in year of elections and in other years ?
