how to finalise the acounts

Finalisation is nothing but preparation of financial statement which contains the balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, fund flow statement if applicable and notes to accounts forming part of balance sheet. For how to prepare the balance sheet and profit and loss u hv to refer some books
