Sir,plz tell me how to do finalisation of a company,any method can u suggest me.Plz provide me the check list.

3. Provisions and Adjustments
4. Bad Debts and provisions there off
5. Depreciation
6. Capitalisation
7. Investments (if any)
8. Deferred Taxes
9. Current Taxes
10.FBT (fy 2008-09)
11.Contingent Liabilities
12.Pending Legal litigations
13.Consolodation (if applicable)
14.Balance Sheet and P&L A/c
