Final registration doubt

Sir,
i registered myself for the CPT and IPCC in the southern region that is at Chennai...but now i have shifted to gujrat..i registered for the articles with my new address and i also wrote a letter to ICAI chapter Chennai intimating about the change of address...but i have not got any response for the letter..now i want to register for final..now my doubt is in whose favour should i draw the DD whether at payable Chennai or Mumbai? please reply as early as possible...

First you need to confirm whether your address has been updated or not.Call at the Chennai office and if you do not get a reply then call at the central office at Noida.I would suggest not to draw a DD unless u get a confirmation regarding this! you can get the contact numbers from the institute's website
