24 September 2009 dear sir
i have passed pcc & want to terminate my articleship on medical . By doing so my articleship after considering 3 month termination period on medical, will be completed on 21 may 2011.

Can i appear in final exam held in may 2011?

Date of commencement of Articleship 06 aug 2007
Date of Termination of articleship 15 march 2008
Date of re-registration of articleship 01 april 2008

now i want to terminate my articleship on medical .
and as per rule of ICAI, i will join after 3 month

25 September 2009 My sincere advise to you never accept shortcuts in life. Your record shows wondering here n there. Your ground of terminating articleship doesn't looks true. Be loyal to your Boss. Do hard work and satisfy your boss. Remember he is not your enemy he is your Guru. Without his blessing you will not become a sucessful man even after passing CA exam. Dedicate yourself to your office, your Boss. See the sweet fruits will appear soon. All the best.
