Can anyone tell me the procedure to file TDS returns electronically.

Boss this is a very vast procedure.
I could just tell u the steps & URL from where you can get all details.
Steps are;
1. Fill the form 26Q or 24Q as the case may be with all correct details.
2. Generate the .txt file from the form 26Q or 24Q.
3. Download the challan csi file from NSDL challan status portal.
4. Validate the txt file with CSI file from file validation utility.
5. Correct the erros ifany, if there are no errors then copy the fuv file in CD/Floppy
6. Prepare the form 27A
7. Submit the form 27A along with CD to TIN facilitation center.
Thats so simple, :) :) :)
