Filling of return when net income comes nil.

In a certain case a person gross total income comes 9523 ie income from other sources and he does not have any other income and and after deduction u/s 80tta his net total comes nil..plz suggest wht shld I do..he is filing his return for the first time..

if the gross totaal income of any assessee without giving effect to any of the dedcution or exemption is below basic slab of no tax then no need to file incomre tax return.
