Dear sir,
Our client is an individual residential status & his return of income for the financial year 2009-10 is pending on today , Sir we would like to ask below quetions
1. we would file its return of income before 31.03.2012 without any panelty & defuilts ?
2. Give brief disclause about the provision for due date of filling of return of income ( individual, company Other persons )
3.whether it liable for panelty or not ?

penalty of Rs. 5000 is providec by section 271F in such cases but that penalty is seldom levied
