Is it sufficient to send ITR V to following address for filling the return:

ITR V is to be filed online after that is done take a copy of the acknowledgement generated by the system and file it in the office of the Assessing Officer mentioned by you in the ITR V within 15 days of date of efiling

First the return of income is to be filed online. If the return is not digitally signed then an acknowledgement in ITR V is generated and that has to be sent to the address given within 30 days of efiling your return. The will send you an email regarding receipt of the return.
