02 June 2009 ITR V is to be filed online after that is done take a copy of the acknowledgement generated by the system and file it in the office of the Assessing Officer mentioned by you in the ITR V within 15 days of date of efiling

the address given by you is correct . Send the ITR V to above address. It is advisable to send it by registered post A.D. till the system starts functioning smoothly.

05 June 2009 First the return of income is to be filed online. If the return is not digitally signed then an acknowledgement in ITR V is generated and that has to be sent to the address given within 30 days of efiling your return. The will send you an email regarding receipt of the return.
