Dear Sir,
Please let me about the filling of return of a partnership firm if it change the partnership deed in between the year.So how we fill the return of such partnership firm. whether it required to fill two saparate return before the change of partner shin deed or after the deed.

Need to file only one return, If you have changed the clauses of partnership deed by a suuplementry partnership deed.
Change in the clauses of partnership deed by writting supplementry Partnership deed doesnot change the status of the firm.
However your querry is not complete. Clarify whether you have changed the partnership deed completely by dissolving the earlier one or there is just a change in the clauses of the existing one with a supplementry deed
