Dear sir/madam,
IT Return of my client for AY 2012-13 has been filed last week. Now he wants to file IT Return for AY 2011-12. He is not in audit for the both years.
Can we file ITR for AY 2011-12 after filling ITR for AY 2012-13.. Is there any penalty..?

No Penalty.
Even File Online and Send to CPC ITR Ack till 31/03/2012 Since Date Extended.

You can file the return for A.Y.2011-12 after filing the return for A.Y. 12-13.There's no penalty what so ever!
