Filling of form 112

I am doing MCOM PART 1 through correspondence i.e IDOL. Once i start my articleship am i supposed to fill FORM 112? Please reply

While submitting Form 102 & 103 for enrolment as an article you are required to submit Form 112 (permission to pursue other courses).
