25 November 2012 i want to file a e-return online of my father who is uneducated and having their business as gol-gappe wali rahdee,
per day sale is Rs.2500 and per day purchase is Rs.1800 other expenses as electricity home rent and two employees please provide estimate on excel formate of pl and balance sheet if needed,
OR i not take risk of filing return online as well as offline.
Please guide me

27 November 2012 PLEASE, check before i go for file presumptive basis... in ITR-4S.
GROSS SALE: per day 3600*26= 93600
per month 93600*12=1123200
8% of 1123200= 89856
taxable income=89856
Therefore, tax payable = NIL

AM I RIGHT OR WRONGH

I AM NOT DEDUCTING SALARY OF 60000/PA HOME RENT 7800/PA AND ELECTRICITY BILL AND OTHER MIS. EXPENSES.
