Filled 26qb but payment could not be done what to do?

whine filling 26QB i had finished 26QB but after that in bank's site there was error and payment could not be done. Now pls suggest me whether again 26QB to be uploaded and payment shall be done ? then in such case there will 26QB uploaded will be twice so kindly guide me about the same.

fill the 26qb again there will be no problem if it is filled twice.
