10 September 2015 What forms are required to be filed with ROC by an existing company , its directors and auditor regarding annual filing .
What is MGT-9 adn AOC-2???
Do these forms are to filed with ROC?
It yes, upto what time it can be filed?

Following are the forms for Annual Filing with due dates

Annual Filing Forms

Balance Sheet & Profit AND Loss Account - AOC-4 (with out XBRL)
- AOC-4 XBRL (For XBRL Filing)
- AOC CFS (for consolidated annual filing)

with in 30 days from the date of holding Annual General Meeting

Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) to be filed with in 60 days from the date of holding Annual General Meeting.

Form ADT-1 (Notice for appointment or re-appointment of Auditor) to be filed with in 15 days from the date of holding of Annual General Meeting.

MGT-9 is extract of Annual Return to be attached with Director's Report. It is not to be filed with RoC. It is only part of board report.

AOC-2 is Disclosure of particulars of contracts/arrangements entered into by the company with related parties under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013. It shall be signed by the people who have signed the Board’s Report. It is not to be filed with RoC. It is also part of Board Report.
