11 June 2012 Can i file the return for P.Y. 2010-11 , A. Y. 11-12 at present without having panelty of Rs. 5000.00

Gross total Income of that year is 150000

11 June 2012 if the income of any person are less than exemption limit then he dont required to file the returnif he want to do so than he can file return of income without panelty of 5000 because his income is not chargable to tax it is not mandatory for him.
