filing return without tds certificate

Actually my employer has not paid any tds till the due date .now I want to file my incomre tax return .suggest me the way that i can prove the deduction of tds .or if file my return without tds details at what amount should i pay tax

I will like to advise you to wait for some time and if still your employer dnt pay tds then you must have to pay tax. If your employer have deducted tds and havent paid then you may draw attention of income tax dept.
