26 August 2013 Rectification application already submitted for this Assessment Year. You are not allowed to submit a rectification request unless the previous request is processed.

26 August 2013 then u need to wait for the 1st rectification request to get processed and then file the new request so check every day for the same.
You have 4 years from the end of rel AY to file such request.

if my memory is good,,there we have an option to with draw our rectification request with in 7 days,,just refer to it,,

Once with drawn you can file new request
