I have not filed returns from financial year 1999-2000. Can i file all of them now??//

Hi varun...
no you cant file them since you can file ur returns only upto 1 year beyoind the assessmnt year and that too after submitting interest and penalty...
so iwould suggest you to forget the idea of filling the tax returns of last 10 years...
