30 July 2010 What is the last date of filing ITR for ass. year 2010-11 in case of books are requir to be audited u/s 80I-B ? Whether 31st July or 30th Sep.? Pl. mention relevant section/sub section/case law. Thanks in advance.

30 July 2010 as per section 139(1) for all companies it is 30th sep.. if it non-corporate assessee and he is liable for any audit then it is 30th sep only
