15 November 2010 Can any buddy tell me What to Do if
Some body (HUF) has filed Return for A Y 2010-11 manually
And then again has filed e-Return subsequently for the same A Y 2010-11.

15 November 2010 Which return is fied first mannualy or electronically. If figures are same and you have filled electonically first then there is no problem. Just clear the fact after receiving any notice.

if the manually & E filing figures are same
then no need to vary

or you need to write letter ITO on which will be the correct one.
