how can a person claim his refund of TDs deducted by bank upon bank interest .when he is earning income from only other sources and his gross total income is below basic slap.

for claiming tds refund you need to file itr and claim in it and there is no other way out.

you can file the itr and then if no tax due on total income, when you get refund.
