Since MCA has introduced new eform PAS-6 for filing private placement offer letter (PAS-4) and record of private placement(PAS-5), there is no need to file GNL-2 which was earlier required to be filed for filing PAS-4 and PAS-5?
Now, only PAS-6 need to be filed?
