Filing of income tax return for f.y.2011-2012

11 February 2013 Dear Sir,

I want to file the I.T. Return of one of Salaried person but problem is, his company has not given him form 16 but he have salary slips of 12 months.
In this case how can i file his I.T.Return ?

11 February 2013 There is no such compulsion as to a person shall have form 16. You can proceed filing of IT return in normal way by taking the details from the client.
