THE ASSESSEE HAS GOT A PAN CARD WITH WRONG NAME WITH SPELLING ERROR AND HAS ALSO RECEIVED TDS CERTIFICATE FOR THE SAME .

WHETHER THE ASSESSEE CAN FILE INCOME TAX RETURN WITH CORRECTLY SPELT NAME AND BEFORE
CORRECTION IN THE PAN CARD ORELSE TO FILE THE IT RETURN FOR THE AY 2011-12 AFTER FILING THE PAN CORRECTION APPLICATION.
