Mr x Having age 63 died on 5/2/12. his income of A.Y 12-13 was 8.90 Lacs. how can return be filed in respect of his income? Or should income of Mr X be clubed with his wife Mrs X?

No, Mr. X's income will not club with mrs. X. but Mrs. X or representative of mr. X can file Income tax return for the asst year 12-13 of mr. X.
