Filing of income tax return

I am having Taxable income with HRA as one of the component. I failed to submit the rent receipt ontime to the company and inturn company has deducted the Tax considering rent paid as zero. What is the formality for claiming refund of income tax and what all are the forms to be used for claiming the refund.
