Filing of income tax

Dear Expert,

I had worked around 4 months with one of the private company in India, for the year 11-12 , Deducted salary TDS ,but ma salary not crossed basic exemption limit ,now i am working in saudi Arabia. Which form i have to use for filing for Refund ?. IS it possible to file online return?. Please help me.

If you have Income from Income From Salary irrespective of Job Location u have to file ITR1 ONLY

26 March 2012 Dear Sir,
If TDS is deducted u/s 192 & the total salary is below the threshold limit, he has to file ITR-1 only to get refund of TDS.

As the person in not in india but outside india the Form No-1 will remain same there is no changes in form type irrespective of location
