If you do not file within 30 days then additional penalty will be imposed apart from registration fees.
Also in your case, you had already filed Form 23 and hence, ROC is having information that your company has increased authorized capital but you have not yet filed Form 5, so to avoid any actions from ROC, you should file Form 5 at your earliest.
