I have filed Form 23 and got approved for increasing of A. captial. now, plz tell me to which time i have to file Form 5.

13 December 2013 You have to file Form 5 within 30 days of passing of the resolution for increase in authorized capital.

13 December 2013 If you do not file within 30 days then additional penalty will be imposed apart from registration fees.

Also in your case, you had already filed Form 23 and hence, ROC is having information that your company has increased authorized capital but you have not yet filed Form 5, so to avoid any actions from ROC, you should file Form 5 at your earliest.
