Filing of form 23ac with dummy srn of form 66

14 August 2013 Hi all,

I have a doubt regarding Form 23AC.

Due to some problem we cannot file FOrm 66 right now but we need to proceed with Form 23AC .

When i am trying to prescrutinise the Form 23AC it is asking SRN of Form 66 .So can we give dummy SRN for Form 66 and file form 23AC ?

14 August 2013 1)SRN of Form 66 is mandatory if paid up capital entered in the form is 10 lakhs or above but below 5 crores

however if the company have whole time companysecretary possessing the qualification of membership of Institute of Company
Secretaries of India, in such case, this field is not mandatory

So if Form 66 is mandatory to you it should be provided

If it not mandatory you may enter dummy value

20 August 2013 So that means if Form 66 is mandatory ,cant we enter dummy SRN for form 66 for the sake of filing ?
