Filing of financial results without Board Report

16 September 2009 For some reasons the Directors Report of a Private Limited Company is not ready.However the Company has approved and adopted the Financial results at the AGM.



Is it possible to file the balance sheet and P/l without director's report and notice??



Pls suggest

16 September 2009 No...u have to attach DR and Notice. Bcz in the form u will put AGM date say DR is approved. That means DR is raedy.
