Dear All,
Good Morning,
We have an mfg. excisable unit & started our company from 2010 but production started from nov-12. We are taking credit on caital goods & raw material from 2010-2011. we are filling ER-1 Monthly.
Quary: 1-We have to file ER-4,5,6,7,8 on line or not.
Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.

If your duty payment is more than 1crore with PLA and Cenvat credit then ER-4, 5, 6 is required. ER-7 is required to file for all assessee and ER-8 is required to file who have pay 2% duty on our products.
