FILING OF DIN-3

HELLO
IF ALL THE SIGNATORIES DIRECTORS ARE NOW FILING DIN-3 THAN WHO SHOULD SIGN THE DIN-3 FORM. BECAUSE AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE MCA PORTAL WILL NOT RECOGNISE DIGITAL SIGNATURE OF THE DIRECTOR UNLESS FORM NO.32/DIN-3 IS FILED.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

First register one person digital signature in the mca portal.
Then you file din form 3.
Then you file din form 3.

Srinivas Sir, one person digital signature is registered but his din 3 is not filed. To be frank none of the directors have filed din-3 so far. so, mca portal will accept the signature witout din-3 filing of him for filing din 3.
