plz tell ...
if someone has worked under the same employer as article during the ca training period and has worked more than the articleship period without getting its form 108 signed from the employer when it was completed.
what r the requisites he has to fulfil now?
does he has to fill 107 form or anything else will be done?

Just file 108. As you have not submitted 108 it is a case of delay in filing which attracts penalty and on payment of late fee you can get your articlwship completion
