Filing of ca appointment

10 November 2016 Ours is a private limited company but our company secretary has not filed ca appointment letter as yet despite our so many telephonic reminders. Please let us know how much penalty we will have to pay so that we should be able to recover from our company secretary. As our company secretary has assured us that he will repay to the amount of additional fees against delayed filing of ca appointment letter alongwith the CA consent letter as the filing of the required formality in this connection is getting delayed just because of the circumstances our CS is passing through nowadays.

11 November 2016 Is this appointment for First Year? If it is for the first year, then there is no need to file Form ADT-1.
And if auditor is appointed in AGM, then additional fees will be depended upon whether it is first AGM or subsequent AGM. What is the date of AGM in your case?

11 November 2016 Date of AGM is 30th September 2016 for the financial year 2015-16 Pls let me know the total fees if we pay by the end of this month. Our CS will upload ROC Return by the end of this month but before 30th November 2016 along with the ROC Return our CS will upload CA appointment letter also.

11 November 2016 Ok. then additional fees will be four times the basic fees. If your basic fees is Rs 300 then additional fees will Rs 1200 if the form is filed before completion of 60 days from the date appointment of Auditor.
