the authorised capital of acompany as on 31-3-08 was Rs.30,00,000/-. the co has increased authorised capital to Rs.2,00,00,000/- on 26th august. the AGM OF THE CO. HELD ON 29.09.2008.SO how much amount will be shown in the form 20B?
