Dear sir/madam
My parents need a mortgage loan from bank, the bank manager asked them to provide the last three years ITR S by giving one year go between the returns. But upto now my parents didn't file any return, is it possible to file the three years returns in one time by giving such a one year gap? Please help me. My parents also getting income from sewing machine at home.

1.The time gap between the returns of one year can not be done to have all the 3 ITR s now instantly.This requirement is at the discretion of the Bank Manager. Many banks consider even the ITR s are filed for the last three years with some time gap.So you may approach a different banker.
2. During the year ie2015-16, you can file the ITR of Asst yr 2014-15 and 2015-16 only Under Sec 139. But for filing of ITR of Asst yr 2013-14, you have to file manually or file electronically by selecting section code as 142. Better approach a consultant locally.
