08 December 2021 Dear Sir / Madam,

Form 10 IC was filed for AY 2020-21. Is it required to file Form 10 IC again in subsequent AYs?

08 December 2021 yes ,you have to file 10C after end of each year for availing exempation for industrial units in North east states , before filing of Return under section 139 (1).

08 December 2021 Its for North East states only... otherwise no need to file every year. Is it right??
