01 June 2013 dear all,
i am yogesh bansal from amritsar. today i filed my ITR wrongly. i filed it for the total income of Rs50 from savings a/c interest. i was nt going to file it but all of a sudden my friend did that in my absence. can anyone tell me what should i do now. i am very scared related this. kindly please suggest me as soon as possible. i am not able to think what should i do now. please reply me as soon as possible

01 June 2013 Nothing will happen be calm

1) if you don't want to file ITR just don't submit the ITR-V (acknowledgement) to CPC,

2) but if you want to file ITR correctly,

first you have to submit ITR-V now to CPC and later file revised return and sent that acknowledgement also to CPC

01 June 2013 Thank a lot. I don't need to feel ITR so i won't send my ITR-V to CPC. Are you sure that no action can b taken against me. Can there b any notice issued against my name.or any enquiry
