08 March 2016 Hi, Meri Query he ki mere client ne A.Y. 2014-15 ka ITR-4 Return Ek advocate ke pass filed kiya after due date of file return bina profit and loss a/c and balance sheet so, current year me ab me unka ITR-4 filed karne vala hu for A.Y. 2015-16 so, A.y. 2014-15 ki vajahse income tax me se koi pareshani khadi ho sakati he kyonki me mere client ka profit and loss a/c and balance sheet banna chahata hu. so solve my Query speedly.

08 March 2016 Just because there is no profit & loss account and balance sheet for the past year will not create problem. Real problem will be created if the income is not declared fully. If you are preparing the accounts and uploading the same there will not be any issue just because of this.
