Pls Explain the steps to file income tax return for a existing Pvt. Ltd. Company.

Private Limited Company books have to be audited as per the provisions of Companies Act 2013. Auditor will be helping you on submission of Income Tax Return too.

Appoint auditor which is mandatory as per Companies Act 2013. He shall explain everything in detail
